As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to limit our guest list to only those listed on your invitation. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on our special day!

Yes! There will be a full open bar with a wide selection of top shelf liquor, beer, and wine.

Yes! We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield. You can find all the applicable information to make your reservation under the Hotel Accommodations tab.

There will be a shuttle that will take hotel guests to and from Valley Regency. There will be complimentary valet parking at Valley Regency for guests who feel comfortable driving.

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag: #AisleBeLovingHughes2023

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit & tie, and women wear an evening gown, midi, or cocktail dress. We kindly ask that guests avoid the colors white and champagne when deciding on their outfit.

The wedding reception will end at 11:30 PM, and guests can enjoy a late night snack as they exit. All guests are welcome to come back to the hotel bar for an after party. The after party will be a cash bar.

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let your server know of any dietary restrictions. There will also be vegan and vegetarian menu options.
